Tea, coffee, or a fine glass of red wine can really take their toll on the colour of your teeth. Fortunately, teeth whitening procedures can quickly repair much of the damage that has been done.
Teeth whitening involves taking impressions of your teeth to make custom trays. You will be given whitening gels with instructions on how to apply these using the trays.
It is advised that before you commence with teeth whitening that you visit the hygiene therapist to make sure that your gums are healthy and to have any staining removed.
We advise against over the counter teeth whitening sets as these will not be tailored to your teeth and may result in the gel irritating your gums.
