I was quite anxious before my hygiene appointment, but Hassan immediately put me at ease. He was kind, friendly and took the time to explain everything which made the whole experience much easier than I expected. His calm and reassuring manner really helped with my nerves. George is a fantastic dentist. He has worked with my autistic teenager over the last few months, building up his confidence and putting him at ease in the chair.

Today I saw George, the dentist, and Hassan, the hygienist, for my check-up and hygiene appointment, and I have to say I was so impressed with how caring and reassuring they both were.

George was incredibly informative and took the time to explain why I needed certain dental work by showing me my X-rays. I've never had a dentist talk me through them before, and it made such a difference. Knowing exactly why treatment is needed makes the whole experience so much less daunting.

Hassan was just as reassuring during my hygiene appointment. He explained every step of the process as he went along, which really helped me feel relaxed and at ease.

From check-in to check-out, the whole team was fantastic. A special mention to nurses Ash and Chloe, who checked in on me throughout my appointments and made me feel so well looked after.
